Guess everyone has to start somewhere, but the great potential can already be heard here and there. To think it took them just 1-2 years to become prominent (first singles + Leisure -album although still being controlled by the representatives of their record company), and excellent band just a moment after (Modern life + Starshaped tour 1993) makes 'em one of the greatest and most innovative guitar bands in my humble opinion.
Dear god, this is insufferable! How far they've come along is incredible, though. Was asleep on the bus, confused as to why the demo was so long. Look at my phone: I'm about 8 minutes in. As I write this, 10 minutes in now
@@RussianFanofDamonAlbarn I don’t know for certain but it could have been recorded at the Beat Factory where Seymour rehearsed a lot according to Alex James’ book.

How did you find this recording and where did it originate from? Thank you
This is from a disc of rare recordings and a demos from the Blur 21 box set, it is not known where this rehearsal was held
@@RussianFanofDamonAlbarn I don’t know for certain but it could have been recorded at the Beat Factory where Seymour rehearsed a lot according to Alex James’ book.
@@RussianFanofDamonAlbarn yeah the Beat Factory according to the biography Stu Maconie wrote.
Doesn't even sound like Damon singing lead.
No, it's Damon, it's just a terrible sound recording
The fact its 11 minutes long I can’t stop laughing they made some w3ap0nis3d laughter frequency or something in this song. Call the cia
