Aap jo baat kar rahe hain, us se lagta hai ke aap battery charging circuit ke baray mein baat kar rahe hain, jahan aap PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) ka istemal karte hain battery ko charge karne ke liye. Main aapke concern ko samajhne ki koshish karunga aur aapko kuch guidance dene ki koshish karunga.
Battery Charging and PWM
PWM ka istemal battery charging mein kiya jaata hai taake voltage aur current ko control kiya ja sake. Jab aap battery ko charge kar rahe hote hain, to kuch steps follow kiye jaate hain:
Initial Stage (Bulk Charging):
Is stage mein, maximum current diya jaata hai jab tak battery ka voltage uske maximum level ke qareeb na aa jaye.
Absorption Stage:
Is stage mein, voltage ko constant rakha jaata hai aur current ko dheere dheere kam kiya jaata hai jab tak battery fully charged na ho jaye.
Float Stage:
Is stage mein, voltage ko ek safe level par rakha jaata hai taake battery overcharge na ho.
Specific Concerns
5 Volt Battery ko 1.5 Volt Dene ka Maqsad:
Agar aap 5V ki battery ko 1.5V de rahe hain, to wo sahi charging method nahi hai. Aapko battery ke nominal voltage aur recommended charging voltage ke according hi voltage dena chahiye.
PWM Start Voltage:
Agar aapka PWM 3.7V par start ho raha hai aur aap chahte hain ke ye 3.8V se start ho, to aapko apne circuit mein threshold voltage ko adjust karna hoga. Iske liye aap comparator ya microcontroller ka istemal kar sakte hain jo specific voltage par PWM ko enable kare.
PWM Signal Increase:
Aap chaahte hain ke PWM signal battery voltage ke saath increase ho. Ye sahi approach hai kyunki battery voltage jaise jaise increase hota hai, waise waise PWM signal ko bhi adjust karna chahiye taake charging properly ho.
Preventing PWM Signal Below Battery Voltage:
Aap chaahte hain ke PWM signal battery ke voltage se neeche na jaye. Iske liye aapko ek proper control mechanism banana hoga jo ensure kare ke PWM signal battery ke voltage ke neeche na jaye.
Solution
Aap ek microcontroller-based solution use kar sakte hain jo battery voltage ko continuously monitor kare aur PWM signal ko adjust kare. Isme aap kuch is tarah ka logic implement kar sakte hain:
Voltage Monitoring:
Microcontroller continuously battery voltage ko read kare.
Thresholds Set Karna:
Different stages ke liye different voltage thresholds set kare (e.g., bulk charging, absorption, float).
PWM Control:
Battery voltage ke hisaab se PWM duty cycle ko adjust kare. Agar battery voltage 3.7V par hai, to duty cycle kam ho sakta hai, aur agar 4.2V par hai, to duty cycle zyada ho sakta hai.
Safety Measures:
Ensure kare ke PWM signal battery ke nominal voltage ke neeche na jaye aur overcharging na ho.
Is tarah se aap battery charging ko efficiently aur safely manage kar sakte hain.
