Mmm. Meatloaf stir fry.. Looks good but I can't call it hash without the taters❤.

I know Brain, but by definition it's still hash. The standard is to have potatoes but rice is an easy leftover practical use alternative. It comes out really good! I got used to it when I was in Papua New Guinea. Rice was everywhere but potatoes were scarce.
