If you wear basic Parfums it's ok. If you like Maison Frances, Byredo etc. It's not for you.
Can you share more examples of quality perfumes? You seem to have a great "palate" for perfumes. I'm newish and trying trying to find a few staple scents. So far it's usually been miss. dior and sexy 212 Carolina Herrera.
Honesty is always the best policy. I have smelled her older fragrances and they weren’t loving me back either so I’ll keep my $165 in my purse chile. 👜

As you've always stated, fragrances are subjective. Not every perfume or cologne is meant to be purchased. I've never owned a Beyonce fragrance, but I am happy for those who love the scent and can mix it with other fragrances. It may work better in a different season. Thanks for the honest review. Your honesty is appreciated. You can never go wrong with expressing how you truly feel about something. It may be that it takes you a while to compartmentalize the fragrance. Or it just may be that it's just not the fragrance for you. Either way your truthfulness is appreciated.
And she spent 3 years making this perfume…I do want this fragrance, but not 4 $160. The furthest I’ll go is going 2 the mall and spray it on then go from there😎

Am I literally the only one that did not expect much from this? Like look at her past collection they were weak not original were very childish and were gone in literally half an hour? I’m not sure why everyone was expecting this niche quality long lasting different scent from her I’m confused. The expectation was not there for me and this just does nothing for me either. Thank you for being honest as usual with your reviews and I completely agree with you on this I would never buy it.

Beyonce had a fragrance back in 2012/13...it was hot and heavy. I liked it. But haven't sniffed anything else from her brand
Are you talking about "Heat", the one in the red bottle! That one was okay.
@shonjackson9395 I think your talking about either heat thật she đid in 2009-10, pulse thật she did in 2011, or rise from 2014
I was clueless about this release, but in a way that made me receptive to hearing this might be a more quiet, subtle style scent. I AM curious to smell it!

I love your content and I’m cracking up because you’re being so polite girl. If you don’t like it to say you don’t like it it’s OK nobody’s gonna get upset with you. We all have opinions and our bodies are all different with perfume. It’s no biggie but thank you for being so kind.
it’s definitely not a love at first sniff, but it’s not bad either. Fragrance are subjective and these just typically aren’t the kind of fragrances I’m drawn to. 😉 i’m always keep it classy.
I was def expecting this to be super heavy and spicy so I didn’t pay much attention to this release. Now that I know it’s on softer side I’m intrigued. Now I gotta find a sample!
I had the same experience with PRADA Candy. Started off good , but after the dry down, straight musty. So def, no blind buys.
And she has had some hits.

I put it on and honestly the first thing I smelt was tobacco. I had to spray it again so I didn’t really get the wow factor. I love strong scents as well so will definitely layer it or not sure I feel like I’m trying to convince myself I like it because I bought it.

I got that too from the notes that the Fragrance was probly giving Beyonce and not Sasha Fierce/Yonce like most ppl may expect
I agree with you, i am not a soft fragrance girl too. In my honest opinion Fenty is the only celebrity fragrance that is worth the money. I wasnt a fan of beyonce previous fragrance.

Very Very professional and Fair review , I like how you state it could be a bias base on what you like, and like you said it’s always how one’s body chemical works with a particular fragrance, what smells yummy on you might not be the case for someone else. I knew from the scent notes it wasn’t gonna be for me. Also the price for it to be a 1.7oz… yeah no 😂 it’s great for those who are collectors of Beyoncé items and those who like freshies and subtle scents! I didn’t like most of her past fragrances either.

It gives a much higher class version of MAC’s crème d’nude… like they can be distant cousins twice removed… this is from a novice scent girly… I love it 🥰 I don’t think it is a summer scent tho but I want it to be 😆😂 and it has a LASTING power.

Cheraye, i remember back in the day. I used to smell Beyonce Heat on the sistas and I was like" WHAT IS THAT???? IT PULLED ME IN. So, based on your response. She needs to go back to the lab. I've been watching the reviews, and pretty much the same. Everyone WANTED it to be The ISH! The FEELING and glamor that used to be associated with buying fragrances has been transitioned into low mundane.
