How To Use Sex Magick To Magnetize Your Dream Life W/ Emily Fletcher | Aubrey Marcus Podcast

  • Emily Fletcher is the founder of Ziva meditation which has absolutely revolutionized my own meditation practice. Contrary to popular belief, Emily beautifully states that “thoughts aren’t the enemy of meditation, effort is”, and details how the objective of meditation is not to get better at meditating, but to become better at life. But recently her highest excitement has come from the exploration of the deeply embodied sex magick practices that she taught to my Goddess of a wife, Vylana. Her combination of mastery in both mediation and the ecstatic practices of pleasure for the purpose of both cleansing and magnetizing desired reality is astounding.

      Well , that's how it happens. People get tricked into this "everything is ok" frame of mind. Do you think that the basis of religion in every single country , all pretty much tell the same story , you think they are wrong ? Sex magic , comes from dark occults appeasing baphomet. Why do you think there's such a push to normalize dudes, who doctors give a bunch of hormones, cut them open , throw some boobs in , and then some other dude , has sex with this thing , where it takes craps from. And they want to convince you that something is wrong with you, if you're not in support of this movement of making more baphomets. So this chick ...gets a bunch of women together and they all masturbate to orgasm. Ummmmm .hello ..that's ritual orgy . ...this chick is out of her mind , snake oil salesman,

    This is kind of how I meditate instinctively ... in silence with as little tricks as possible, I have used apps, timers, guided sessions and still do, but for me the most rewarding is in silence. Once just once I became nothing, I know what that feels like, to stop, to be nothing and at the same time be more than you ever have been. Those words sound like a bumper sticker but only when you have objectively experienced these states for yourself do your realise how much more there is right in front of your eyes. Meditation is a wonderful gift, it should be thought in every school in the world.

    What I think is so special about Aubrey is his balance between masculine
    and feminine energy. While you hear other "inspirational people" talk
    about "breaking" your mind, "toughen up" etc, I hear in his words
    and feel in his being the wisdom of plant medicine (sacred feminine
    spirit) that he`s been blessed with. To me he`s an exemple of growth
    through trust in yourself and actual self-love instead of controll and
    grinding. Being a dancer and thereby connected to the wisdom of heart
    and of belly has probably also been part of him becoming who he is now. I
    appreciate him.

  • @LisaLywulf
    @LisaLywulf 2 ปีที่แล้ว +84

    Excellent episode. There isn't enough talk about what awakening people and even the average seeker needs to do in their practice to include sacred sexuality. There been so much sexual trauma and shame that needs to be worked through and understood. Liberate your sexual self and love her. Part of learning to live ourselves includes loving ALL of ourselves. We tend to work on our upper chakras and not so much the root and sacral chakras and we really need to start out with the 3 lower chakras. One thing that does happen when your at a higher frequency is you have less earthly needs. But that doesn't mean you don't still have physical desires and I believe one of the first things we need to learn about is using this sacred sex magic and the immense energy created by desire to manifest. Even if it's just inner peace. Your expanding your electromagnetic feild. Your body is a portal for energy and light and the orgasm is like atomic bomb of energy so let's focus it and use it. Also holding onto that energy and not bringing it to that point of release and staying with it during your daily life can effect others(pheramonnes influence) and increase your success. The release for a man means losing a lot one drop of cum is equal in nutrition to a thousand drops of blood. It can drain the body a bit. I don't agree with their idea on porn though, it holds a lot of lower frequency vibes.

      It only works right when its held in a space of love, you cant just go and have sex with anyone. I can tell you got that point. I knew someone that have been trained in tantra by a man that was in his 80s who had been practicing for about 60 years and he had been taught by old school tantra also. She openly admitted that you need a demon or goddess that you work with to manifest what your doing. Which is fine. But them talking about porn.. they are getting by with silver tongues. I believe in all of this stuff okay but like listening to Matis talk in some interviews when hes like "who said that" real quick it seemed like a show. I was in tight with groups of ppl like this and it has a vibe like you have to been cool and it fucks it all up... Its hard for me to not sound like a hater because again I do believe in all this but I also have been in this over a decade decided to get out and now see all the bullshit.

    • @sunongral5605
      @sunongral5605 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Very interesting comment Suna, and your feeling is exact.
      Here what comes to mind in response: We cannot teach what we haven't mastered ourselves.
      Most clergy members and really kind souls, but in their attempt to be of unconditional loving service to mankind they often forget themselves in the process, which forces them put on 'masks' of extreme virtue in order to lessen the imposter syndrome that naturally comes with calling ourselves an intermediary between God and Humanity.
      I feel that this female pastor doesn't really know herself in the deepest sense of the term, but she knows she feels both soothed and structured by spirituality and so she wants to share it with others out of love. This is where most spiritual people operate at. It takes a lot for someone to be ready to include both 'light' and 'dark' in their view of life, I know it took a lot for me.
      I encourage you to move forward if you ever feel called to learn more and teach about sacred sexuality, it is SO important and needed right now! Wish you the best on your journey

    When I started meditating, it was more prayer and forgiving myself of things. As that cycle was finished, I struggled going deeper until I had an image of a wheel, on the outside of the wheel is where we are, going quite fast , however the same wheel nearly stands still at it's center, very slow. This wheel became like a river as large as the ocean, and lowering deeper things get slower. Mantras are vehicles to take you where you wish, sounds, or visuals. My realization that wow this is meditation was when I began realizing my body going to sleep while I was consiously awake meditating. This is just the beginning, at least I am just at the beginning. Most of us are just scratching the surface with meditation. Look into the gateway process / tapes they have some more meditation skill learning so to speak. Meditation isn't to just sit there, you can be you which is the spirit and exist / create / travel more than you could imagine

    This was awesome !!!!
    I learned that I don’t know how to meditate 🧘‍♀️ and that’s a great thing!
    …loved the “ I am enough” exercise. I’m going to rewatch this episode and follow alone. To ME, it was like a combination of EFT and Gestalt theraphy.
    Aubrey, I love that you shared a little bit about your wife’s experience around sexuality- I can identify with everything you said, AND knowing she is being held in a safe space coming from the masculine energy , to me is divine and it gave me hope among many other things.
    ultimately, I’m so glad you mentioned that “ we don’t need more information”!!!! We need to practice what we already know. Educating ourselves is only one side of the coin, embodying and doing the work is the missing piece ❤️

    Love it all! Years ago I had a spontaneous 'Kundalini awakening'., lighting me up from the inside! It was like the air around me was orgasming. For about a year after I studied Astrology to see what could have possibly lined up to make that happen. I figured it out, and have been 'Kundalini storm chasing' ever since. It seems to be a very ancient practice and it's actually quite simple. When the Moon is in your Sun sign, there is a gateway open for 2 and a bit days. I go into silence and stillness to let the pressure build. It starts in the head, draws down the spine and coils in the sacrum, then bolts through vagus nerve to the third eye... literally turning on a light! I have been aiming getting circles of 12, one of each of the (Sidreal) Zodiac, and we could literally pass the flame. However only my Aquarian friend seen to be into it! If we could get groups of 12 involved, I think this would be an amazing way to generate Sex Magick! And yes, very Aquarian! Maybe Emily would like to develop this idea? Get groups coordinated?

It's lighting up my soul and so resonates with everything I've always instinctively felt to be true but never allowed. The shame that has been heaped on something that is SO holy needs to be talked about more.

    This podcast is now one of my absolute favorites. I’m learning so much. The crazy thing…I’m seriously starting to think my phone can read my mind…I’ve been wondering what’s true about sex? We’re supposed to harness our sexual energy and withhold from sex? Or we’re supposed to go out and indulge in sexual encounters like, as much as possible? I’ve been single for a while soo haven’t had much sex with another person, and hardly masterbate at all. But I’ve been wondering, is this why I’m soo fucking intense? And not intense in a good way. Intense like i feel I’ll lose my shit when anything happens…anyways, probably more than I needed to say but thank you. For unshaming something beautiful🙏🙏🙏

      I'm holding this vision as well. I want to participate in the history of destigmatizing masturbation. My expectation is lots and lots and lot of people would like that as well. Who wouldn't love the idea of personally helping make history by undoing centuries of socially-corrosive unjustifiable brainwashing against the sanctity of our autonomy as physical beings- and having sex, and being appreciated by a stadium of people in the process? Seriously- Is this an uphill battle, asking people to enjoy having sex while using their life to make a huge courageous difference for the common good? #IntegrityIsDestiny

    Wow - Aubrey your "enough-ness" expands with each podcast! You covered huge territory with this! Bravo for Emily's daring visions. Great follow up to the talk with Layla Martin. Together you all are truly on to something. Not only the visions, but facing the practical logistics, ways to move tantra, meditation and sex magic beyond the confines of a retreat or therapy session and into the real world, accessible on a broader scale. Many hurdles as you wisely point out, but exactly the direction to be facing. I will be holding these visions too, along with some of my own. Everyone do what you can to keep this ball rolling!

      @@emilyfletcher3955 Thanks for asking! Not sure where else this would get a hearing. I'm with you, in that if we can just get past all the sexual nonsense we've been stuck in, and employ sexual energy properly, the rest of the solutions will fall into place.
      As a refugee from Roman Catholicism, 12 years ago I turned to pagan goddess spirituality, and as a personal practice I felt called to focus my imagination on the reform of human sexuality. I feed these images of a new sexual order into the collective psyche. I'm not a professional in these matters but I've studied and reflected on the problem a lot. My visions are primarily about women's roles (and men in supportive relation to those roles) in readying the world for change. Recent finds on the internet give me the sense I am not alone in these visions...

    @aubrey… if the ocean contains one drop of water, and one drop of water contains the entire ocean…
    Then wouldn’t it be the same concept if I told you that what you do on your podcasts alone, the vulnerability you show, the curiosity, the integrity, love and respect you show for your guests, the way you are able to sit with humility and never ever present yourself as someone who ‘knows better’ and ‘needs to change people or get them to See your point of view’.. Your empathy and genuine desire to be of service to others in the most divine of ways is so beautiful and powerful and caring. .. My point is.. I don’t listen to all of your podcast but I have listened to most. I have never experienced your presence in real life or seen the other services you offer the world with the purest of intention to bring forth mass healing and love (I’ve just seen brief clips of this). Yet, I mean this with every cell in my body.. your profoundness has saved my life. I mean this literally and figuratively. So, just like the drop of water containing the whole ocean, I am one person- who makes up the collective, and who is the collective. You saved one person.. so, in fact.. you have already saved the world.
    You’re more than enough. (I say to you, and my mirror). We are enough. X
