I know there are probably ways for me to get involved, but I'll miss having a troop of girls working together. To all who are part of the program, treasure every moment and strive for greatness. Because although we will ignite a fire together, eventually you will have to move on. But you'll go carrying a torch of the light you forged during your time as a girl scout, and its that light that you can share with others. :)

I used to be a Girl Scout for many years growing up, now I'm a senior in high school and this song just brings back memories. I had a bad experience as my whole troop bullied me all the time. I remember two years ago around this time, being at the mall in DC with my fellow sisters from all over the countries. Sadly, since then, my troop has ended. DC, as tiring as it was, it was also so much fun. I'm proud to have been a part of it. This song brings back so many memories with the girls who I considered my family. I'm proud of the girls scouts for making it this far. I am no longer a cadette, though I wanted to become a senior scout. The memories I created with my sisters will never be forgotten. Once a Girl Scout, always a Girl Scout.
It's actually inspiring on us girls scouts as from the Philippines we are gonna rise up and stand for our selves no matter what happens whether it's rain or shine we still stand on our own two feet
