Great video. When you don't get angry, it removes the leverage these people would otherwise have over you. Took me a long time to figure that out! Very similar to forgiving someone. The old saying "hate rots the vessel that it's being carried in" is very true. Forgiveness is a powerful way to relieve stress that a lot of times people didn't even know they were carrying.
