Imagine if Jayfeather fought to remain a warrior, and Ashfur was his mentor (while not knowing he's the baby dad - could be a 2 dad 1 litter situation and its just assumed all the kits were Bramble's) and so Jayfeather has an arc when he learns that he's the son of Ashfur during the fire scene. Maybe he became a medicine cat mid-apprenticeship and so learning his mutations were a punishment for Squilf's infidelity not only shakes his relationship with Squilf, but StarClan as well for.punishing him for the crime he did not commit.
I had a similar AU idea, with Jayfeather being Ashfur and Squirrelflight's kit, Lionblaze being Leafpool and MothWing's and Hollyleaf is from Crowfeather and Nightcloud, as a direct sibling to Breezepelt, since he canonically has two dead siblings, so I thought it'd be cool for one of them to have just gone missing and get adopted into the three, as well as being an explanation as to why she had no powers.
Jayfeather with mutations is now my new favorite thing I must make a Jayfeather design where he’s got mutations! I always enjoy PO3 AUs and this looks cool ^^
I love Jayfeather's design! I want to see cats with mutations more in the series, like as an omen or something. I have a few Warriors OCs with nonfatal mutations like 4 ears or extra eyes, but since Warriors is a fantasy series you could technically go wild and give a cat an extra mouth or something.

Also how would lionblaze accept the fact his brother would be ashfurs son? Would he be pissed royaly off? Or would he just got "meh, experienced worse ngl"?

I have a personal au where leafpool and ashfur had the three and Squilf raised them. Brambleclaw replaces ashfur in the fire scene and hollyleaf doesn’t kill her dad but she’s pretty upset at him
I have a similar Au, but I prefer Lionblaze to be a small ShadowClan random, Jayfeather is Feathertail's son with a Cloudtail brother and Hollyleaf is Scourge's granddaughter
this au is super interesting but the idea that squilf got with ash AND bramble just makes me feel so bad for her... she really cannot catch a break with these horrible men 😭

I wanted to make something like this for a rewrite of the power of three so basically Hollyleaf is feathertails and crowfeathers lionblaze is leafpools and mothwing or sorreltail I'm who to choose yet and jayfeather is is ashfurs and squirrelflights so basically none of them are brambleclaws kit which makes him even madder and that she had a kit with ashfur if u don't want me using this for my rewrite then im ok with that😼👍
also hollyleaf is gonna be born with 3 tails jayfeather is gonna be born with 1 leg a stump and 3 eyes which sounds kinda cool to me lionblaze is gonna be born with 3 sets of ears or two
and ashfurs was gonna reveal that none of the kits were brambleclaws and that hollyleaf was from a another clan I think this makes way more sense to why hollyleaf is not in the prophecy

the au map has just been reopened so it's not finished yet! thank you, squirrelflight broke up with ashfur and either had jayfeather OR more likely her litter was from both bramblestar and ashfur as somebody pointed out is possible, so they were both born at the same time:)
Alr I fact checked and all of this is 100 biologicaly possible including the extra limbs and eyes on jay but like they have superpowers so maybe not (also this is super super rare like this design of jay probably won’t ever exist)
