    Sir, in MMC concept - internal feature
    You have taken Tolerance zone of LMC.
    At the last of this MMC concept it is said this is the concept of Resultant condition of MMC(but LMC is taken into consideration).
    I didn't get this sir for MMC concept, LMC is taken in resultant condition formula.

    Sir, is it possible to produce the hole at MMC and shaft at LMC ( for example hole and shaft dia has the 30.1-30.5 and g-tol(position) is 0.1 but only thing is modifier changed for hole it is MMC and for shaft it is LMC). Result we can get same VC. Is it possible?

    Hi Sir .. Is there any way to differentiate resultant and virtual condition in drawing ? How machining supplier will consider weather virtual or resultant condition.

    Hi sir,
    I have been continuously watching all videos, in that your concept explanation was good but the importance of the concept was not much enough for me...rather than concept, understanding the need of concept is more important.so, i request you to explain the necessity of the concept before explaining the concept. apart, thanks for your videos.
    It hepls me to learn gd&t.
    Thank you .

    Sir, why TZ of mmc is used even if concept of LMC is used? And vice versa, please clear my doubts

    • @PalaniKailash
      @PalaniKailash  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      the worst case would alway be for both MMC and LMC, so we consider both the case

    What is the use of resultant condition?

    • @PalaniKailash
      @PalaniKailash  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Resultant conditions are very rarely used only when the minimum wall thickness calculation is critically required.

      for knowing the minimum material availability in worst case
      giving elaborate explanation for all applications in the forum is not practically feasible.
