Great content. 👍😃 I think you have a very good accent compared to other Filipinos I've met. Some Filipinos and Indians do have very strong and hard-to-understand accents. I do think though if you want to teach people to be able to copy a foreign accent maybe you gotta try to do that yourself as well. It's just like how British actors have to learn to speak with an American accent if they want to act in the US. 😃
In Japan, it's very important to have a Japanese teaching license to teach in Japan as a regular subject teacher, because of the complexity of getting it, most foreigners remain English teachers throughout their life in Japan. However, it's not impossible. I haven't really looked into it.
