After spending the night on the bench, Tad takes Dixie home. She gets reacquainted with a stunned Opal & Krystal. Tad introduces her to their daughter, Kate. Opal goes to the hospital to tell Jake and meets Cara instead. Dixie sees Tad & Cara's wedding photo.

OMG! This was the sweetest thing I have ever seen! The moment between Dixie and Kathy and the way that Tad was just beaming with happiness to see Dixie finally see her little girl! After so much anguish they had looking for Kathy, it was incredible to finally see this moment!
I hope they bring AMC back soon
Problem is half of the characters we loved watching are gone. David Canary passed away a couple years back. “Palmer” died years ago. I’m not sure Jill Larson would be up to it post CoVID…
And I know Michael E Knight has. Even busy even since the temporary 30 minute reboot.
I’d love to see them show up on General Hospital tho…

Dixie and Opal made me cry today, just as Dixie and Tad did esterday... can't wait for Dixie and JR, especially when she finally gets through to him and gets him to re-evaluate his life

This child is their miracle child. They wanted a child of their own together and they got their wish. The Kids on UK Soaps are also amazing. On Emmerdale Amelia Flanagan playes April Windsor while on Cornation Street her Twin Siblings play Joe & Hope but they have last names and they don't do scenes together.
havent watched in awhile is palmer still alive...love to see that reunion

@bellasong75 LOL, that was one of my favorite moments, in addition to everything else that was just beyond superb and beautiful. Loved after Opal hugs her, Tad's says he found her then Dix says they found eachother/hugs Tad. It was so quick but gosh..so much chem b/t the two of them, it's amazing. All the Kathy scenes had me crying a river too. Add to that the cliffhanger, "who's Cara??" makes me thrilled to be a soap fan. :)

I loved seeing them during the day! Thanks again for posting...I am sooo excited to have Tad and Dixie back together again. I never thought I would see the day. I stopped watching after the poisoned pancakes debacle.

Typical. Just when they cancel a show it gets to being the best its been in YEARS. The kicker is, this story and the HW were all in place before the cancellation was even announced. Sigh................. At least we have another month and a half of PURE SOAP HEAVEN and, well, still crossing my fingers that Prospect Park can shop the show to cable. I'm fine with internet, but TV is waaaaay better!

Dixie must have been away a long time..Tad remarried..he likely thought she died so he moved on..He has been raising their daughter with his new wife.

You can see how bothered Tad is because he knows he has to tell Dixie about Cara. So sad for the heartbreak Dixie may feel, even if it doesn't last very long. At least i hope it doesn't. I love the "WTH" expression on Dixie's face when she spotted Tad's wedding picture..lol!

Who took Kathy in the first place?
Dr Madden "tricked" Dixie into giving her up for adoption. Believing she was going to die after a car accident. Anyway, this was after she did die via Poison Pancakes (worst death ever) and David brought her back to life. LOL Only on soaps.
