Modeling, Analyzing & Designing of Steel structure with Robot Structural Analysis Professional part1

  • At the end of watching this tutorial, you will be able to Model, analyze, design and detail steel structures using Autodesk robot structural analysis professional based on Eurocode standards. Here the arrangements of structural members such as main columns, end columns, corner columns, edge rafters, main rafters, roof purlins, wall purlins and tie beams will be drawn. The analytical and physical model will be briefly discussed. Offsets of structural members will be applied so as to make the analytical model similar with the geometry with the reliable physical model. Arrangements of local axis of members will be adjusted so that offsets of upper and lower flanges of members can be applied easily. Rotation of members will be applied so as to make any modification on orientation of structural members. change the orientation of members. This tutorial will answer the following How questions.
