Nice device if you lose your keys out shopping : but if u lose down the back of couch its useless the beep feature is a joke .. you can not hear if in plain view 5 metres away
Hi, It happens because of the poor network connection. If you are in a place where Vodafone doesn't have a strong signal, this problem can occur. A quick tip: Before activating the real-time mode, refresh the map to get an accurate location. Hope it helps!! ☺️

That’s right and even real-time tracking takes ages to start !!
Anyone else.find the blue dot points away from the paw, causing you to.walk away from the dogs real location....
