In Oldenburg ist immer tote Hose. Im Sommer ist etwas mehr los wenn Touristen da sind. Aber warum sollten Anwohner auch in die Innenstadt gehen wenn die Läden dort alle vertrieben werden/worden. (Zu hohe Mieten seitens der Stadt)
