Living in Texas is a charcoal dream. I love B&B products. Particularly the Hickory lump and oak briquettes. Jealous Devil briquettes are also fantastic for high heat. I usually have a couple of bags myself
We really liked B&B and would say Jealous Devil is a close second. We will watch for the Hickory Lump Oak Briquettes, which sounds interesting. Fortunately, we were able to purchase all of these at Walmart- do you have a specific place to buy charcoal?
@@mrblonde71384 Yesm...Academy for all of your bbq smoke needs. I use BnB oak lump and competition oak briquettes for smoking. Also buy GWP cooking wood chunks for grill or splits for offset while you're there for smoking. I love Academy! I sound like an advertisement but just sharing my experience. Cheers!
Wouldn't really recommend Kingsford for slow and low BBQing. Perfect for grilling but we wanted to cover some other brands outside of the typical brands.
I use Kingsford and B&B briquettes for burgers and Fogo and B&B Lump Charcoal for chicken, steak and everything else, I don't like the flavor of Jealous Devil Lump Charcoal.

I use B&B almost exclusively. It burns good and is consistent. Cowboy and the other stuff are just not as good.
B & B will always be our top pick!
Jealous Devil only cost me $20 at home Depot. Lucky me
You are so lucky!!!
That’s what i use BB and the oher brand cowboy 😉
Great choices! We really enjoyed B&B overall- make sure to follow our channel for more BBQ content!
Cowboy pops too much.

I like jealous Devil but it it’s a bit expensive
Totally agree with this statement. 👍

That's really interesting- we mostly cook slow and low. We appreciate the budget value of cowboy charcoal too.
