So, I've actually had a huge burden lately for someone I have a crush on at my school. He's not a Christain and I hate seeing him living in the darkness. I've been praying for him for a long time, and I really hope God is using my prayers to work something wonderful in his life.❤
Same! It’s such a burden because it’s something with him that is so special and I really, really want to pray that he might open up his heart to God, and that God may use me to do that if He wants to. I always feel hopeless and discouraged to pray, cause it feels like it’s impossible for him and everyone else around me to change.. but it isn’t! Cause then it would’ve been impossible to save me, which it wasn’t. So I’ll continue to pray and see what happens. I want Him to shine His light through me. I want others to be affected as moved by me, and I pray that I pray won’t be affected by their darkness. But then again, it’s hard because I do tend to overthink a lot.

My best friend prayed relentlessly for me and with me during my family break up and was a great source of strength to me. I couldn't have asked for more love from a human being at a,time when I was so broken. She needs prayer for her needs now and seems to believe that my prayers seem to work more than hers. But Jesus said that wherever 2 or 3 are gathered in his name he would be there also. Whether we're together in person, phone or social media, he is in the conversation. Amazing! Just believe and your prayers are blessed!

Praise God. Sometimes I am led by the spirit of God to intercede for my friends and family.This gives me immense joy and pleasure.I also experienced of God’s way of answering in due time. And now after watching this video,I am encouraged to intercede more for the perishing souls.
I am a new believer , a baby believer I was saved not long ago not expecting it. I am so thirsty for the Lord and want to spread his word but I know that I am not ready to speak God's word in my thinking because I'm fresh and don't know. Anyways I was in the gym and saw this man and I've seen him before and he looks tormented I'm not going to lie , anyways he stopped and asked me how I'm doing and we started talking and then I seen how jumpy he was and I was slight fearful but not fearful but because I believe and know the Lord is protecting me. Anyways he was open to hearing me share my story about my repentance. And said he does believes in Jesus , but I know he's not living for the Lord or is held down. Anyways randomly as we were speaking I felt the holy spirit over take me and I didn't think Id do this but I feel like I would like to pray with you . Anyways I was praying and couldn't come out right so I went and put my left hand on the shoulder thinking I could pray better . I ended up praying the best I could for him , and I truly believe that it did help slightly at the least and just show there is love from Jesus Christ for him as well. But my hand was hurting after I did that and it could be because I'm weak and maybe that was not the right thing to do . I tend to jump ahead of myself. I'm not taking it back or regretting it bc I chose to pray for him and I could see he was tormented. Is there a reason why my hand Hurts after that ? Is that a sign I'm not ready or weak or is it not a big deal? Regardless I'm going to ask for more prayer about it but I'm curious if this has ever happened to anyone ?

Please pray for my family today. My husband (Jamie) of 15 years left the family home and is with a female from his work (Dee). He has been sinning and has always found it hard to humble himself and repent. I am starting to see God's hand in this. He went to the other woman's house last night only for an hour and then home (he usually stays over). I think he is battling and knows what the right things is to do but can't bring himself to do it. The enemy has taken enough from my family! God is a loving, restoring God. I had a dream and I think it means I have to round up prayer warriors, fast and pray for this battle. Thank you, Sarah.
As I pray for my sister's salvation and for her to leave an abusive relationship, I pray for his salvation as well. As I pray for him also, I can't help but to stop being angry at him (for hurting her)...I know God is working because my heart is changing as well.

i love putting Jesus Christ first. he always leads me to the right places. mr mark is always on point with his videos. every week i go through something i get a notification and sure enough thats what his video is about. he's one of the reasons why i motivate my friends in Snapchat. this channel encourages me. i thank God for keeping for 18 going on 19 years
I'm not one to tell too much about myself or what I do for God. But this video confirms something for me that I do like to share! I have this mate of mine in the US. To keep this short, he's going up and down in emotions, feels lonely and misunderstood by his family and local church (his dad is in fact a pastor apparently), gets bullied at school, has an extreme low self esteem... And I could tell if I cannot show him love now, he will likely take his own life - THAT's how serious it was. He's already done self-harm. But somehow, God has blessed me in a very strange way. I myself have gone through pretty much everything this guy is going through, when I was a kid (7-13). So now I know what it's like to be in that position. However, Jesus was there with me. And in such a way, I want this young man (19) to know Jesus is also with Him. God has made clear He appointed me to be this 'visible love' that God has for him, as best as I can. Now I've prayed for him more often than I can remember I've done for anybody else. And already I can see things changing in him! He's more open to me, he's more trusting to me, and best of all he says he is giving God another chance. Meaning he will try and trust God again, which he had quite nearly given up on because his parents are "Christian". That is quite something! So this video is quite an encouragement. Glad to see by praying I'm doing a good thing for this young man. But as you said, All glory to God!

I am an overthinker in many respects, praise God for his gifts. I’m really wanting to dig into this topic. Every answer anyone gives can be countered with “why?”. Of course we want to glorify God, but why does that mean we pray for others, we are just glorifying him in our prayer closet. If the prayers of a righteous man avail much, why can’t you pray for you and I pray for myself? Is it ‘less powerful’? Unity is the best overall answer I’ve come up with- scriptures that talk about putting others needs above your own; do nothing from selfish ambition. Paul saying he needs the prayers of the saints, but why? Ironically I ask for prayer as I seek revelation about praying for others.

Proverbs 15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. Proverbs 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous. Psalms 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: Proverbs 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Sometimes we don't have even just a first name... because it is a relative of a friend or whatever... but for me, I just get a picture of the person I'm praying for in my head... God knows! If I can't picture them because I've never met them and only heard about them, I picture the person who asked for prayer for them and say something like... "Father God I lift up Larry's neighbor to You in prayer for xyz (if I know the reason OR I don't know what he/she needs Father, but You do) and I pray that Your will is done in their life and that they come out of this storm triumphantly. But more than anything I pray that they know YOU as their Lord and Savior. In Jesus Name, Amen. 🙏"

There is not one good... as Romans says, ALL have fallen short of the glory of God. Paul later says that he doesn't know why he does the things he doesn't want to but not the things he wants to do. We live in a sinful world and it is a constant battle. If you are sincere and don't have unbelief, God hears your prayers. But I would suggest since you feel disconnected to Him that you begin reading His Word!! Only 9% of self professing Christians actually read the Bible, statistically speaking. And faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Our minds CANNOT and WILL NOT be transformed without reading the Word. I recommend starting with the book of John as it really shows how LOVED we are. 🥰

Sometimes we don't have even just a first name... because it is a relative of a friend or whatever... but for me, I just get a picture of the person I'm praying for in my head... God knows! If I can't picture them because I've never met them and only heard about them, I picture the person who asked for prayer for them and say something like...
"Father God I lift up Larry's neighbor to You in prayer for xyz (if I know the reason OR I don't know what he/she needs Father, but You do) and I pray that Your will is done in their life and that they come out of this storm triumphantly. But more than anything I pray that they know YOU as their Lord and Savior. In Jesus Name, Amen. 🙏"

There is not one good... as Romans says, ALL have fallen short of the glory of God. Paul later says that he doesn't know why he does the things he doesn't want to but not the things he wants to do. We live in a sinful world and it is a constant battle. If you are sincere and don't have unbelief, God hears your prayers. But I would suggest since you feel disconnected to Him that you begin reading His Word!! Only 9% of self professing Christians actually read the Bible, statistically speaking. And faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Our minds CANNOT and WILL NOT be transformed without reading the Word. I recommend starting with the book of John as it really shows how LOVED we are. 🥰
