@apessk8s88 You need to listen to more music. Bonamassa's the copycat. Not saying he's not talented (that'd be stupid), but he's not very original. If Kid Anderson here sounds like Bonamassa, that's only b/c he's copying people Bonamassa copies - i.e., the British invasion blues guys. Please don't dishonor them by implying Bonamassa came up w/ anything he plays himself:S

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'll take The Black Keys or Gary Clark Jr. over Bonamassa ANY day! They're the only contemporary acts I'm aware of doing anything like *real* blues. Well, I hear Jack White's new album was good, so that might have some blues on it, but you get what I'm saying. Guitar "virtuosity" matters less and less to me b/c less and less of it has any real guts and soul behind it. Bonamassa is just the poster boy for that, in my opinion~shrug~
