I agree so much about France, I find him to be a good presentation of the two sides of the people there. I've met someone from downtown France and honestly he was one of the most arrogant people I've ever met, yet also guite charming with his dry sence of humour towards the British, while when I met someone from a well off part of Paris they were elegant to the point I felt like royalty just sitting with them, they were also very nice and guite the flirt.
As a (part) Romanian, we sometimes live up to the stereotypes. We have multiple different varieties of vampires, haunted forests, and weirdass superstitions. I love aph Romania to death, wish we had more content of him
Cameroon has one of the best designs in Hetalia yet doesn't get a personality outside of soccer. 1 like = 1 prayer for him to get actual character development

So it'd probably be Templar taking Teutonic Knights under his wing and teaching him the reigns of their existence.

It's now called the Order of Christ, and it technically still exists. I personally headcanon him as being the Order of Christ nowadays, but you do you, I'm not one to judge. (Besides, it took me hours of research to determine whether or not the Knights Templar were fully eradicated.)

Honestly, he wouldn't! The Knight Templar were some of the most well-trained, well-equipped, wealthy, and influential orders of their time, if they're not at the top of the list! So Knights Templar wouldn't need anyone to protect him, considering he'd be very skilled in combat. Luckily he dedicated his time to helping others, singing, and praying. :)
