I do similar recipe, but I add milk and oatmeal in the composition instead of bread crumbs. I also put a shredded potato. You shredded it and squeeze a bit the juice. I also put a a bit of sugar, thyme or mixed herbs and some paprika. I don't use garlic, some people do.
