One broth was at the precipice of reasonable salt, my regular place isn't. so did some undercover investigatin' and learned the chef (Salty san!!) was a heavy smoker, his taste buds are done. I really enjoy the videos, keep em coming
I can see why you stated "fusion." But at the end of a day, it is 90% authentic because it is all about presentations. Anyway, the foods look delis. I am drooling over here. I wish I could be there tasting all those foods. Thanks for the video. Excellent job! guys

Best Vietnamese food in DFW is off of Pioneer Parkway spanning from Central Arlington to West Grand Prairie. Not too familiar with the Garland area in Northeast Dallas that supposedly has great Viet selection too.
Yall should stop by Vien houng in oakland, ca... Chinatown if yall slide down this way for some chinese noodles... Order #21. Or pho ao sen for pho and Ba le for viet sandwiches....basically its a lot to eat out here in Oakland...i can go on and on lol

But the communist flag is the official Vietnamese flag now. So it's present everywhere which has something to do with VN. The South Vietnamese flag is only used by the South.VN overseas who can't get over how it was overtaken by the communists.
