Thanks so much Sweetphantasy for all the kind words about my new background and my shirt. My ex wife worked at the land fill for years and she brought that clock home coz it was thrown out by the store where someone bought it then returned it. The only damage on the clock was a slight bit of splintering that I easily fixed with some glue. I works fine but I turn off the pendulum during videos coz it can be noisy and distracting at times. Looking back, I have had some wonderful friends along the way. Most are still around, but like you said, you drift apart. Boy, that chicken looked great. We really don't have any local chicken places, which is weird because I live in the south. Oh, by the way, I am to be a grandmother for the first time. We are all very excited. Great video! My friend, I absolutely adore your stories. I'm hooked on every word, every time. I'd just got together with some of my school friends (we're now in our fifties) just last week and man it was good to see them. Funny how some friendships drift and others stick and stand the test of time.
As some one once told me (just before I went on stage to play a gig) :
"There are Big Ships, There are Small Ships, All at Sail On The Sea, But The Best Ships are Friendships, and long may they Be! "

Hey Glenn, your comments just made my day, never heard this quote before. I liked it so much I wrote it down, this is something I want to share with Linda's grandkids. I have always cherished my friendships and am very fortunate to have had many long term ones. I just read in the obituary today that one of my friends passed away. We met in high school, he was a fabulous drummer, very technical and skilled. We also worked together in the same logging camp and partied together many nights. He left behind kids and grandkids, was a real shock to see that....he was six months younger than myself. Life is short my friend, cherish it and cherish those you share it. Hi Mark, I don't think you ever said what you went back to school to study. You mentioned that you went, but not anything else. Do you mind if I ask?
I went back three times, once to take chef training and another time to take a Long term care course....I also went back in 2008 to get my grade 12....thanks for tuning in Lloyd....:)
I wish there was a Chick to Sea in Toronto. We were looking to move outside of the city. My guy grew up on a farm in a village, and I've lived here for years but I miss the quiet of town life. Now with online shopping, living in the city is really not necessary. If we want to go, we can, or just travel. But his mother is sick, so we're trapped here. But I think now that the pandemic is over its time for home shopping again. Love the video❤btw i ordered chicken for lunch lol😅I hope Marci is feeling better🐕

@@auralfixatedasmr8647 you too! My cat Chocky enjoyed the chicken too. I order a chicken breast for my cat when I get chicken. She gets offended if she's not included in everything. I've never had an cat like this. I can usually train the mooch out a cat, but this one will sit at the table. My husband gives her a plate, napkin and cutlery. Maybe its him who trained her to be a sit on her own chair cat....hmmm. My boys loved it when they were teenagers, she's 7 now and they're gone. She's our OMG one kid's GONE cat. Now our oldest is thinking of getting his first pet with his fiancee. Their first love child...

I think there is a slight buzzing sound that turns on randomly. Perhaps a bad cable? I don't know, I could be wrong.
You are not wrong my friend, there is an annoying buzzing and I am not sure what is the cause...thinking a bad connection. I was using my phone for that video so I have gone back to using my webcam until I have that buzzing issue resolved...thanks for watching...:)

When I really think about it I don't think I've ever been someone's best friend. I've had friends I've considered my best friend but I don't think it's ever been mutual or the other way around even.... man, that's kind of depressing.
It is hard to define what a best friend really is sometimes. I think a lot of the friends I had I considered my best friend at the time cox I was seeing them more than anyone else.
