I saw this video and automatically said "Yes this is perfect!". I've watched quite a few videos, and my life has changed so much! I'm currently taking a 1-week break from my phone completely (In one of your videos you mentioned that we should challenge ourselves to take just one day off of our phones and I decided to do a whole week instead!) so when my time is complete away from my phone, I definitely will download some of these apps! And on my phone's do not disturb settings, there was an option to let a few contacts still be giving you calls like usual so for that I selected my family members. So at the end of the day, I'm still getting important calls and messages. Hope this helps!

A quick question: please do answer. In one of your videos you said to do work with different environments. But what are we supposed to do when we are unaccessible to go outside since being from a brown family.
You can switch places within your home. I personally like to have a set place for work and so my mind is trained to work as soon as it gets into that environment. But you can try sitting in like terrace, or living room ( when no one's there ofcourse) . If you have a Library near by you can try that. Follow what suits you only.
You may know this try using benzoyl peroxide facewash like panoxyl or CeraVe acne cream facewash,my acne was just like yours cerave acne cream cleanser helpt me a lot . You always helps us i just wanted to help you . Love you ❤

hello my fellow self development girlies or even the queen Tam herself. I NEED ADVICE I have my driving test in March and i’m positivity shitting myself. I’m trying to like detach so im less stressed but the truth is im so attached to wanting to pass because i’ve spent so much money on driving lessons and i can’t really afford to fail, also I want to be able to drive like the actual end goal so bad. so am i supposed to like detach or like manifest a pass? but then when i think about wanting to pass does it make me more emotionally attached?? bc when i emotionally attach i get stressed and i can’t drive well. like i get overwhelmed and my brain switches off. I’m a decent driver i can drive but now my test is getting closer i’ve been so bad bc i’m stressed and it’s reflecting in my driving. help a girl out i’m stressed. what do i do? how should me ideal mindset be? what practices could i do? also i’m new to actually trying to implement self care into my life so hi how do i want something and work for something but then not get attached anf stressed about the end result?
Love the video and most of the apps! But however please do not recommend people sleep cycle. As you mentioned, they use the phone’s microphone to track your movements and sounds. As a privacy expert, there are a lot of concerns to this. This information can be easily misused, hacked or mishandled. I understand how this is not your expertise, but do not promote sharing of unnecessary personal data. Most of the smart watches can do the same thing with just tracking your movement, and there is no need of activating the microphone.
No... tracking details abt our expenses make sure we had financial security...it's upto us whether you look at it in that way ... in my opinion it's our perspective what matters the most ...soo u can still be grateful for the money you had and that will shift to abundance mindset 😉🌟...I am sorry for replying but I am also feeling to create such content ❤
If you use your phone for the right reasons, more focused towards your future and goals .. it can take you to places you probably never even realised you could get to!
