Ferozt shah Tughlaq besieged the Kangra fort in 1365 A .D. Rup chand as Raja of Kangra that time. This expedition of iand siege of Nagarkot has been referred both in Tarik-i-Firoz Ferishta and in the Tarikh-i-firoz shahi.
