    This was so helpful!!
In all the how to videos they make it look so easy but never point out the mechanism. I really appreciate this!

Super video, thanks a lot for this. Just a tip - use screwpull or lever pull in the title, that‘s their official name. I only came across this video with a few deviations. It would be a shame to have missed it.

This video is for an old version of the rabbit
I have #2 problem with a different rabbit, which completely envelopes the neck of the bottle….

My brand new rabbit has problem #1 and no matter what I do the guide always pulls up. Pretty sure it is missing some piece, I see nothing that could ever hold it in place. I think it came broken. There is no, "click in place". All 3 little cylinders move together.

If it's defective right out of the box, aren't you able to get a replacement as it should still be under warranty?

I have a different problem... the top part (the one we pull back) is not going back. It moved further the engine..any idea how to solve it?

I understand the top lever is stuck, but can you provide more details? Can you inspect the gear teeth (of the rack and pinion) to see if there's some debris or damage causing it to jam? If the teeth are broken, that can't be easily fixed I'm afraid...

I had one of the handle springs pop out. Not sure how to get it back in?? Any suggestions? 😊

If yours has the same construction as in the video, then to disassemble the handle, you'll need to remove the pivot pins (see Video 2). Accessing the pins may be tricky as they're normally hidden by cosmetic plugs. So if you can find the plugs, remove them, then pull out the pivot pins, should then release the handle. May be a bit tricky putting it back with the spring in place but should be manageable. Good luck!

Or the best solution is to smash it into a million pieces and send it back to the CEO.
