This video was suggested to me, and I’m so glad I watched it! It’s easy to lose sight of the functionality a bullet journal can offer and get wrapped up in buying fancy supplies that often don’t get used or creating a massive art project that one can’t keep up with. I recently set up another bujo that started in this month. It’s very basic. A spread I would add is a health and symptom tracker. I set it up for a few key things I needed to keep track of (I have a few health problems). Also, thank you for sharing bits of your culture! I found that really interesting ☺️
It is easy to fall down the rabbit hole of bullet journaling - supplies, spreads, and types of journals. I like to try to keep things simple and if a part of my bujo doesn't work I change it. A health and symptoms spread would be useful to a lot of people. I like adding my culture into my videos and am glad you enjoy watching. Thank you.
