That’s crazy! I built that box in 1997! That’s my Dads old SS! The sound system was all Phoenix Gold back then. We also had a fully built motor with a supercharger. We sold it to someone in Michigan and have been looking for the car since! This is a Canadian car and it was sold from Ottawa. Can we buy it back?! I cannot believe it is there!
Never heard of that brand of speakers.. but those flea markets that use to pop up all the time have some crazy off brand stuff.. Use to be a company 25 years ago, Audio Apex, I use to get cheap audio stuff from.. they had some weird name brand things.
@@otgmechanic right! I never was able to get my hands on any of their stuff. Best set up I ever had was 2 JL Audio w6s and a sound stream amp with a kenwood head unit. I will say you have me searching for new set ups now..😂
I used that 9 wire on my imp, and yes its a lifesaver and cleaner install too, Interesting that those 6.5" were mounted from underneath the deck, and yes why not 6x9???
I am sure the old system did not sound horrible. Likely needed a bit more bump. I rather have component separates than coax speakers tho. You can tune them more to your liking.

We sold it in 2000 due to family reasons and have been looking for it since 2012

Yea I agree for someone who is savvy with audio and tuning the components would be better but this customer needs a more simple set up.
