Or some students doing a detective's job in order to find a serial killer who kills women with bombs? Or a 15 years old trying to take over a mafia to stop drug traffic? Or a girl trying to stop the evil plans of a gay priest who wants to reset the universe? I know the answer: You won't find it.

@@flareardiente434 Not at all. Jotaro doesn't knows how to use hamon. He grabbed the road roller because he knew Star Platinum could move in stopped time, so he wanted to finish him off in the safest way possible, which was attacking him indirectly (With a steam roller).

So technically finishing of his enemy with a kick wasn't a bad idea, he just didn't know what was gonna happen. Just like how Jotaro's bones were broken but Star Platinum was just fine

But jotaro could move and act for 2 seconds while time was stopped, that was jotaro "za warudo", instead of freezing time it allows him to move when time is stopped. Of course it in the end it comes to how much you can freeze time.Dio reached 9 seconds while jotaro could manage 2-3 seconds. Fun fact:In the fighting game heritage of future both jotaro and dio could use za warado by consuming meter over time. While either jotaro or dio are freezed in time they could also use za warado to allow them to move.If one run out of meter they would freeze right on their tracks tho.

My mans stopped time, ran down the stairs, picked up Polnareff, put him down 2 steps further down, then ran back up the stairs and perfectly imitated he exact pose he was doing when he stopped it, all in 5 seconds

Fun fact, the japanese voice actor for Dio also voiced Sartorious in Yugioh GX, wherein he also used tarot cards with one of his boss monsters also being "The World." In other words, he was destined to become Dio's voice actor.
3:20 is my personal favourite, just because of the significance behind it. It’s multi layered as it shows he’s having PTSD (Post traumatic Stress Diosordor) because he’s being pushed to his limits, as he was in PB, and he hates it. He’s also both literally losing his mind as said mind is currently in another building. He’s losing his mature shtick as I’d call it, and showing his true colours, like Vanilla Ice did which cost him his life. And imagine this, you’re far enough away so that you can shout your time stopping phrase without being interrupted with multiple oras, after you’ve been headraped. You’d be incredibly excited to use it, even just for around five seconds. It’s the truest, scariest and, out of all of them, it’s the most DIO-like. He isn’t wearing a facade to act suave. He’s incredibly scared, excited and adrenaline-filled, and it’s on full display. That is why it’s my all time favourite Za Warudo.

It’s multi layered as it shows he’s having PTSD (Post traumatic Stress Diosordor) because he’s being pushed to his limits, as he was in PB, and he hates it. He’s also both literally losing his mind as said mind is currently in another building. He’s losing his mature shtick as I’d call it, and showing his true colours, like Vanilla Ice did which cost him his life. And imagine this, you’re far enough away so that you can shout your time stopping phrase without being interrupted with multiple oras, after you’ve been headraped. You’d be incredibly excited to use it, even just for around five seconds. It’s the truest, scariest and, out of all of them, it’s the most DIO-like. He isn’t wearing a facade to act suave. He’s incredibly scared, excited and adrenaline-filled, and it’s on full display.
