Fuel EU Maritime imposed very heavy fine to non compliance. Objective was very clear but my question is where do all this fines actually go that they would be collecting? Is this Fuel EU Maritime developing something to eradicate emissions cause it sound like they can do something or all those money will be directed to their pockets?
