Of i opt for HEC verification through courier services then how can i submit my documents to WES

Hi Fahad, thanks for uploading an informative video regarding WES for ECA from Pk. I have attested my degree photocopies in 2022, and these days applying for HEC envelope. I have a query here, my HEC photocopies attested date and HEC sealed envelope date are different. Will it be acceptable for WES? Because I have got an info from ICAS' webiste "ICAS will not accept documents which have been previously attested and packaged by the HEC at a later date." ICAS also evaluates educational credentials, and may be WES may also raised this concern.

I will try to make one. But the process is simple, you just need to make account on HEC portal and follow the steps. I applied a long time ago. Maybe few things have changed since then

you can see the step by step ECA process from WES in the video. WES awards masters equivalency if your major is same in 4 years bachelor and 2, years MS degree. However, I am not sure what equivalency will it provide if the major is different in bs and ms
Dear very helpful video, need to ask that how we suspend WES payment till degree attestation from HEC while paying through credit or debit card. Once we push submit button, the payment will direct to WES. Need your reply on it. Thanks
You can first do the HEC attestation and then make an account on WES and pay.

You can put your matric and inter certificates in the sealed envelope so that they can better evaluate your last degree. Its fine

Its very hard with 2 years bachelors and 2 years MA. You can give it a try though if the process doesn't bother you financially.

@@fahad09102 What i mean is how WES sends the documents to IRCC if we haven't applied for immigration yet and don't have a UCI? How would IRCC know the degree evaluation is for this person?
@@TechVenturer it simply comes under their record. They will only cross verify it when you submit your EE profile

Yes, after submitting fee, wes will ask you to submit scanned copies of your degrees
I have done Bs Electrical Engineering and M.Phil engineering Management. Will i seal both or i got some advices that go for just BS Electrical Engineering as its worth more.

I'd like to do WES equivalency. I understand we need HEC attested photocopies in sealed envelope for evaluation.
But my question is - Do we also need IBCC attested photocopies of intermediate certificates in sealed envelope or not? Is it mandatory or just optional?

1. Do I need to submit color copies? I have HEC attested black and white copies of degree and transcript
2. Do I have to send both masters and bachelors documents in hardcopy for review or just send masters documents for evaluation ? If i want both of them to be evaluated.
The requirement from WES is just a photocopy, either it's colored or black and white, so no issue with that. Secondly, you need to send both bachelor and master degrees if you want both degrees to be evaluated

@@mohammadsaad2654 did you submitted any CNIC form in WES application. If yes, does the number match with the CNIC number on HEC portal. If not, you can contact HEC.

I prebooked the date on HEC portal and went my self to get my degrees attested. After getting the attested copies of degrees, you can ask them to seal your documents for ECA. There is a small office there where they do that free of cost. I have briefly told you about the process, you can search the rest. Unfortunately, I don't have spare time these days to make a video. Fahad shall we paste reference number of Wes application on sealed envelope by ourselves or HEC will do that if we provide reference number.?

In my case, I just wrote on the sealed envelope provided by HEC and courier envelope. It worked fine for me

At the end of the attestation process, there is an office inside HEC building dedicated to sealing attested copies of your educational documents.

I sent through leapord courier service. Back then, they charged 2500 on student package.

1) Online pay kar dia, uske baad koi limit to nahin hai k ek specific time k andar andar bhejna hai? Like meri degrees hain to attested, magar sealed envelop banwaana hai to kya pehle sealed envelop banwa loun aur uske baad pay karoun?
2) 250 dollars to mentiond fees hai, lekin applied rate plus FED daal kar total kitni cost aai aapki?
