    I loved this. I spent my first 8 years in this village. I was a lil homesick so while surfing I found you and loved this. I lived on Pier Road in 1965 before I migrated. My grand parents and uncles lived in Point Sable area. We walked to Carot Shed beach, i didn’t know it had a name then. I played on that field n playground. Thats how long its been there. My grand parent’s house is still across the street. Another uncle lived across from the police station n court near Station beach. I was christened at the Anglican church on your way out. Your video made my day! Keep up the good work. I enjoyed the pizza with you virtually 😂

    • @joslynandcarltonramsubhag1836
      @joslynandcarltonramsubhag1836 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      First of all, you are such a jolly person and your journeys around Tdad seems to be quite enjoyable and fun to you!
      When you arrive at the steel pan shed, stay on that Pt.Sable Rd. Do not divert on the road which leads to Carat Shed. Perhaps in time this beach will be developed nicely as the other two mentioned. BUT in years gone by, this was the the most popular and crowded with people much the same way as Carat Shed is now. Going to Carat Shed was just a lil tract then. Pt. sable used to be a haven for lots of chip chip, crabs by crocus bags full, conch by hundreds, etc. etc. (mangrove & River Mouth to left) Over the years the ocean claimed the greater part of the shoreline's vegetation which included huge almond trees and countless coconut treas. On the left were two jetties which filled overseas oil tankers. There were 5-6 massive oil tanks in the Pt. D'or area then.
