When I first started slingshots, that's when i came across your channel. Been subscribed ever since. My son is now getting into throwing axes and knives. I will recommend your channel for sure!
Age 67 and it didn't occur to me to get a slingshot at my advanced age until this video and a set of brass knuckles from an earlier video. As a kid we used glass marbles for the projectiles.
I just rediscovered slingshots about 6 weeks ago. I picked up a Daisy B52 and had a blast but the pull was around 20 lbs. At 72 my shoulders wouldn’t take it. I then found the Simpleshot channel and flat band sling shots. At 4 lb. Pull and faster speeds I could take care of my pigeon problem and have fun at the same time. I’m up grading my sling shots and my bands as I learn more about this sport.
I got into slingshots about a year ago, and due largely to your channel, I bought a Simpleshot Scout LT as my first "good" slingshot.. I now have at least 1/2 dozen Simpleshot frames :)
That things pretty sweet. You got me thinking about one. I got a slingshot many moons ago, just to put away; the aluminum kind that braces on the forearm and has a tubular band.
My condolences on your Dad's passing - I can tell his legacy lives within you. Hadn't given slingshots much thought, but will check out Simpleshot. Even if they're reasonably priced, I still need to give it a week or two. Just bought another pocket knife and don't want an(other) earful from the missus. :-)
Golf balls are designed to somehow accelerate when hit (I’m not a golfer or a scientist). If something hits a golf ball it can bounce off faster than the speed it hit the golf ball at. I used to have several golf balls hanging up that I shot at with air guns. One time I must have had the perfect dead-on aim because a BB came straight back and nailed me in the forehead, raising quite a welt (fortunately not an eye hit) lol. I don’t recommend shooting at golf balls anymore.
Thanks for the video. I wish that they would sell molds so that people could cast their own projectiles cheaply. I might get one of these someday. I need to spend more time practicing with similar items that I already have.
I had no idea before now that a slingshot could at all be accurate or effective at any distance, let alone the distances you demonstrated. Suddenly I am very interested in getting a slingshot.
Some clean shots my man! Love the Simpleshot frames too and have some of them. Some 4 times in different colours, cause target shooting with the whole family is so much fun. And Andam is a nice person (as far as I can say from mail contact), always willing to ceep the customers happy. Will buy this one too, but sorry, can't use your link, 'cause shipping and taxes to Switzerland when buying direct from Simpleshot are only worth it for the pro serie frames. Love your channel!
I just got SimpleShot Axiom Pro. Could you make a video on the adjustments on the Axiom Pro and how it effects the performance and shooting. Also how to adjust the frame for the individual user.
Do you have one that you’d consider best for beginner to learn on? Also, what do you think of slingshots that use arrows? Any recommendations for that as well? Thanks for the content sir 👍🏻
Hi, how far can steel balls reach with this slingshot for hunting use? thanks. P.s. I am searching for my first slingshot and i would like to use it near my farm in Italy. Thanks for help me
Well, I can make a slingshot, but that don’t mean I like to buy cool frames and support this great company. Some people just say rude things for the sake of it. Not impressed.
Your story about your dad here is deeply meaningful. Thanks for sharing.
And thanks for testing and reviewing our latest!
Thank you so much for the opportunity! I truly love Simpleshot. Your brand brings me a lot of joy in life 🙂

Really love your channel and you're always to the point and no nonsense.
Brilliant looking frame, just waiting for the man to deliver mine here in Wales, UK.
Looking forward to receiving mine in slate!

Very cool review bro 👊🏻
Thank you!
Are the fiber optic sights removable?
I believe they are
@@411Outdoors Thx man.
Have you tried any of the slingbows? I'm curious about what they are capable of.
I’ve shot a sling bow before, but none of simple shots. They’re very capable and powerful.
Do you have one that you’d consider best for beginner to learn on? Also, what do you think of slingshots that use arrows? Any recommendations for that as well? Thanks for the content sir 👍🏻
I dropped a link for the Scout lt 2 it’s perfect.Sling bows are cool. I have one I reviewed from EZ slingshot

I have often believed that slingshot hunting should be within 20 to 30 yards. But it all depends on how you have your bands cut.
@@411Outdoors Thanks, and what does the difference in amplitude between the two forks mean? what effects does it cause? Es 84mm vs 90 mm
@@411Outdoors An Hammer xt is more powerful than a Scout Lt2 ? thanks
Do you prefer the Scout LT2 or the new Axiom?
I plan on using your link to buy. Thanks
I like the scout LT 2 a little bit better. I love the axiom for light shooting.
i will buy that slingshot right now and support your channel, how is that?
Love it! Thank you 🙂
If you can't make a slingshot from scratch....You need a brain !!!!
