In very bad weather it is allowed to give adhan with instructions for people to stay at home and pray there. There is no controversy or any innovation here. As the hadith is present to show that this is allowed.

Why do u have to edit the athan, why don’t u just keep it as it is and then announced to the people to pray at home due to the flood & storm after the athan. May Allah guide the Muslim Ummah back to Tawheed and Haqq Aameen.

Correction to narator: it is not a new kind of adhan. Because there is example given by Rasulullah in a similar condition back to 1400 years ago.
