He told her that they could record it another day but she said it’s ok and he said she stepped up to that mic and opened her mouth and the voice of all voices came out of her mouth. The title just caught my attention randomly on my feed because the less known album tracks of huge albums (or any album for that matter anyway) don't usually get discussed much, but I've always thought this song is the most difficult song to sing from that album and just in general, even though "IWALY" & "IHN" are regarded as the most of everything lol by people. Of course, not saying they aren't great songs that are hard AF to aing as well as deserving of all the reverence, but as a singer myself, "Run To You" is one of THE queen motherlodes of big diva songs. And you only realize it once you attempt to sing it with the rest of the album because I think it has a deceptively less bombastic overall feel & sound in contrast to the others.
