    Glasgow was on its knees in the 70s 80s most areas had spare ground where tenements and factory's were once stood you would have thought glasgow was blized poverty and bad housing with dampness glasgow was black until it sandblasted the buildings glasgow is improving but there is still a lot of work to do with new regeration projects glaswegians have had a raw deal in the past

      It was heavily bombed as well. My old history was a child there during the war and remembered it.

    Nostalgic and interesting this must have been made in 1970 that's when Christie was no.1 in the charts. Unfortunately nothing much has changed as people are still living in poverty and living miserable lives.

    Why put hundreds of thousands of people out of Glasgow when tbere was nothing outside or inside at that time.Should have refurbished the city and kept it the way it was with improvenents.Old city buzz was magic.
