thank you for what you are offering. I am 73, diagnosed with MS in 2011. I truly want to work on strengthening, relaxing, all I can do to be as well as possible. Look forward to more and to learning the discipline to follow though.
Wow, that's amazing to hear!! I'm so happy that your pain has been reduced so significantly! Great job implementing the exercises and sticking with it!
Thank you! My SI joint is always slipping out of place so I am looking forward to doing these exercises which hopefully will help. Every patient with MS should be listening to you.
I need this right now and I just knew you would have something on this topic! I appreciate your work, the way you explain everything and your very pleasant demeanor! Thank you and God Bless you!! 💙
I have been experiencing this sort of pain for some time and did not know lower back pain was a side-effect of my disability. The second one is going to be quite difficult for me because my main deficiency is in the left hip flexor which is exactly what that move depends on, however lately I am able to get partial relief from a stretch in bed by bringing both knees to my chest and crunching as much as I can (3 seconds each, 2 sets of 10 reps). I will try the first exercise tomorrow. Thank you.
I love love love you! As soon as you open your mouth and start talking, you answer so many of my daily questions. You clearly know this stupid disease and I do need help. I just found these videos so THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ❤❤❤
This may seem counterintuitive, but all the exercises that I teach would still apply due to neuroplasticity! I will provide a podcast episode that you might be interested in where I discuss all things neuroplasticity, and how it can work! open.spotify.com/episode/4RvsqvoA3OpOZXa405XXZb?si=6135365cabd047dc

What do you got for persons that have zero mobility on one side of the body(?), for me it's the whole left side.
