Hey Peyton, just started learning how to use figma. But, I always have trouble putting in the original email piece into figma. I usually, cut it piece by piece into figma, it’s an annoying process and most of the times I don’t even get all the assets of the email into figma. Have you got an easier method of putting those emails into figma?
I have been designing a lot of these emails recently for my porfolio. They are a lot of fun to do! Dissecting good emails helps a lot! Rn I'm trying to figure out how some designers use the fade out effect in images. So the image is like fading away. It makes some brands/emails look clean as hell. It's a Photoshop function but can't seem to figure it out. Any thoughts?? Cheers!
Almost like a gradient fade where it starts to fade in the background color? In Figma, you could drop in a rectangle, edit the fill to Linear and then you'll able to create a gradient fade where you can align it on top of the product and blends off into the background of the next section. Hard to type here in comments, haha. I'll try to film a tutorial on this!
Hey there! One the campaign is built in Figma then what? How do I export and what email platform is the best to use to get my campaign out to customers?
For this example, the original design was purely image based - so kept it matching their method! So when exported, sliced into images and brought over into the email program where I'd add alt text, links, etc
Your videos are so good! You're really easy to watch and understand - well done!!
I’m always impressed by your designs copy
I appreciate it!
So helpful thanks so much !

Can you recreate this in Klayvio?
Is this template the same size as the one in wix?

I think that's the linear one isn't it? Try it and it will look like the color will blend and also fade :)
how do I get the design to the email client? Copy paste html?

Here is my tutorial to break those next steps down: th-cam.com/video/qyIIhYa3cRs/w-d-xo.html
No accessibility?
The standard for a lot of big brands - all image based except for the footer.
Really great video! Your design is on point. Just to be sure, when you export your email, is it HTML based or more image based?

How is the html of it?
@@peytonfox Do you have a tutorial already for this? :))
