2.12 months is not the amount of time that is relevant in the biodegradable marketplace right now. I think they're getting the go ahead on disposable products that only take 250 years to be broken down beyond recognition.

    This involves mostly "eco- friendly"
Product bases rely on the nutrients and chemicals in the soil or standing water. Normal Tap water won't have the biggest effect because it doesn't have phosphorus, pure nitrogen, pure hydrogen, high oxygen, and many others found in soil. There isn't proper eco cycle to break down the product

I was thinking the same thing. I think that there needs to be bacteria in there (you know, some kind of biological material) would degrade it. Maybe he should have put it in a water and yeast mixture. I think that "I left things in yeast for 30 days" would be an interesting video.

Biodegradable does not mean just water, but that certainly plays a large part in it. To put it to a true biodegrading test, you should put it in an enclosure, put half the substance in the water and half on land, then introduce micro colonies of bacteria and other waste eating animals. Check back periodically, and as long as the substance is breaking down without harming the plants/animals/bacteria in and around it, then it is biodegradable. That is what most companies mean by biodegradable.

Again I'm saying this in advance in purpose tylertube because I enjoy what if scenarios no one else will look at. P.S. please always do never hurt yourself. Love the show!!

1: Biodegradable is not the same as water soluble, in fact water has little to do with something being biodegradable and totally submerging it actually prevents the biodegradable process, for something to biodegrade it needs to be exposed or in soil and easily accessed by bacteria / microbes and the tiny bugs that live in the soil.
2: Clay Pigeons despite the name are not actually made from clay
