    Just came across your vids thanks to your review of the PSA Dagger on the PSA site. Keep doing what you’re doing, I really enjoy your content!

      Glad that review helped man, fair warning. I'm a new gun owner, and don't know much about guns. Be sure you watch reviews on other channels, for better info.

    The pull of the trigger is unnecessary when clearing a weapon. The only thing this will accomplish is unintentionally firing a round if one of the previous safety checks failed, like a bad extractor failing to extract a round that was in the chamber after racking the slide.

    • @Stormtrooper_Accuracy
      @Stormtrooper_Accuracy  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good to know.

    • @lhistoireenvideo5877

      @@Stormtrooper_Accuracy Also , after racking the slide, make it a habit of doing a tactile check, meaning sliding the tip of your index finger in the chamber .if the extractor fails to extract a round from the chamber, your index finger will catch that.

    If you want the full true 80s/90s nostalgia of the MAC-11 like you said, the VMAC 9mm from Velocity Arms is an exact lookalike. MasterPiece Arms used to create their MPA Defenders in the same appearance of the MAC-11 but they altered the lower receiver of their new productions to make it lighter by machining it from aluminum instead of steel, easier to grip by changing the grip shape/adding finger grooves (MAC grips were blocky/bulky), replacing the 3/4-10 barrel thread with 1/2-28 for modern silencers, fixing the trigger slap, and creating easy access for slings or shoulder-stocks/arm-braces. They also cosmetically changed the Defenders by making it a different shade of black and adding the MPA Defender logos, which a lot of people hated since it no longer matched the blank washout-black look of the original MAC submachine pistols.

      Ahh, the VMAC. Googling it as we speak. Did notice a few differences with MPA's lower, they've also got one with an angled grip designed to take glock mags.

      @@Stormtrooper_Accuracy The current MPA30T is supposed to be the “updated” version, according to Masterpiece Arm’s website, of the MAC-11 but because of the differences, some people don’t even consider it to be a MAC-11 clone anymore. I agree that it’s no longer a clone when it comes to the angular grip MPA DMG models, I hate those cause they don’t resemble anything of the past.
      There used to be a lot of brands that sold realistic MAC clones like Cobray or Vulcan Arms, but I believe Velocity Arms is the only company left that hasn’t discontinued them. They’re of similar price as MPA30T’s but are constantly out of stock everywhere. There are readily available build kits for the VMAC, which are supposedly easy to build according to videos on TH-cam but I don’t have a welding torch sadly.

    • @Stormtrooper_Accuracy
      @Stormtrooper_Accuracy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @erictong862 I completely agree, the updated grip angle killed what little nostalgia it had left. Can't say I'm interested in build kits though, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

      First week out with mine 100 rounds in the firing pin failed, ordered the firing pin from jc arms 10/10 would recommend.
      Along with the brace from a3 tactical makes it way more usable

    Does your retainer pin hang out the side or does it stay flush? The 2 pins you have to take out, the smaller one that has the washer on it. If you hold the gun sideways does your pin hang out a little bit? Mine does I thought it was a issue so I bought another one and it's doing the same thing

    • @Stormtrooper_Accuracy
      @Stormtrooper_Accuracy  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I just checked mine to verify, it does the same as you described.

    • @GunsNGames248
      @GunsNGames248 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @Stormtrooper_Accuracy ok so it's all good. I called mpa he said that's normal. He said most guys didn't like it flush cause it was hard to get out. So the loose pin is meant to do that so we can take it out easier. Whew I'm glad. But he did say you can put another washer on it to sit more flush. I appreciate it thanks sir
