    Would give weightage to Al jadaf projects as good investment option … already with metro , close to Downtown 1.0 and future green line connect to creek harbor and current water connectivity to festival city + creek harbor .. good options with 950k AED .. just suggestion on great ROI

      I completely agree; Al Jadaf and Jumeirah Garden City are two destinations that should definitely be considered as phenomenal investment opportunities.

    MZ, won't it be a great idea if you start covering RAK? It will attract strong traction from global investors in future - because of casino ecosystem . Can pitch that to early bird investors.

      I feel like the early bird investors have already laid their eggs. Now that prices have reached 3,000 AED per square foot, it requires more analysis before investing.

      I believe it's an end-user product because the price is at the saturation point. I live in Villanova, and I love Villanova, but I still don’t view it as an investment product.
