thank you for sharing. i'm going to start walking september 1st. it's going to be part of my exercise ( i hate that word ) , my selfcare routine to help my double knee replacement surgery. this was so inspiring.
Lmbo o hate that word as well! It’s a chore for me if it’s exercise! Let’s make it self care! Take your time and at least a set time /amount each day! In the Least I aim for 30 min a day but it always turns into 2 hrs somehow lol! Especially in the fall when it feels good!🍁🍂 listen to your body but def keep moving! 🖤
