Satya represents noble side of the mind, wants peace and prosperity in the society.
Kalki represents the other side of the brain which is drowned in lust, social media, Cricket and slavery of politicians. Also he gives the warning if we dont end Kalki, we will become the countries like Syria or Pakistan.
Whenever Satya wants to comeout of the brain, Kalki dominates him and keeps him in the dark.
