I bought a carnauba wax from UpGarage when I was in Tokyo, stuff works perfect with Auto Finesse products, great video too lad, love watching your stuff
I was 11 minutes into this and my wifes bleeding my ear, asking why do I always sit and watch that guy cleaning cars? She genuinely can't understand why anyone watches these videos and she hasn't shut up, so I told her I like the cars, that theres something captivating about seeing a nice car get thoroughly cleaned and that guru does a very thorough job.. She looked at me like I had horns on my head, paused and said, "thats ridiculous, thats like me watching someone cleaning handbags". So I took her phone, found a 35 minute video of some bird cleaning a Vuitton handbag and handed it to her... She's now about 10 minutes into the handbag video and hasn't uttered one word.. Ridiculous eh?....
I don't know why TH-cam recommend me this video. Greetings from Japan. Japan is often difficult to use chemical components by the law, so it may be inferior to cleaning power compared with similar products overseas. But I'm glad that people overseas use Japanese products.
Just watching this for the hundred time and still enjoy it as much as the first. Please try and find another nsx to wash&wax for a future video. There just such a beautiful thing.
I love Soft99 Fusso sealant (especially for the price), this product doesn't give much in terms of gloss but it's durability and hydrophobic properties makes it a great product for winter protection (Can use all seasons). Application and buffing off is easy if you apply it thinly and evenly as stated in vid, Great video keep up the good work 👍
Thoroughly enjoyed that! I recently purchased Soft99 King of Gloss, it's just great to use and leaves that desirable "wet finish". All hail Car Cleaning Guru!
we want more and more and more! what do you mean we've seen the process? this is what we are here for! thank you for no music!! great car great video!!
My god what a beauty! Thanks for the video, flipping loved every second of it. Cheers to you for this one and what you do, definitely a rare appearance. Here’s to hoping for a future deep clean and my favorite, engine bay cleaning :)
Good work Guru! I don't share your Honda hankerings to the same level but it is always good to see a special interest car get its due. "You can flippin' well see it all again" had me cracking up. Wouldn't you say jolly well or bloody well though? Or are those just stereotypes that we get from books and movies? Maybe "bloody well" is more impolite than I realize? Anyway, good to see you having a good time on a idol spec ride.
I used Soft 99 12M for dark cars some while ago. I had a lot of problems with clouds left behind on the paint, I tried different applying versions but always the same problem. I also use their Glaco Ultra for windscreens. That's great. It does its job very good and is really easy to apply. A NSX-R is a dream. Lovely car and in the perfect color. I prefer the NSX with the folding headlights. 😊
Top work on a great car. 👍 Interesting to see these products being tested too. Really enjoy these videos, thanks for posting. That has to be the ultimate endorsement of your work, when a fellow detailer has you work on their pride and joy. 👍
“Who wouldn’t want to tickle a red-hot Japanese beauty like this behind closed doors” Cracked me up good. Guru cracking jokes with a poetry voice. Hilarious mate !!
First of your videos I’ve watched. Really well delivered, shot and narrated. Well done. Was researching the Soft 99 creamy shampoo and found this vid. Loved the NSX-R too. Nice one
A new Guru video - Yay! I remember the NSX when it came out. Was so exotic but looks almost every day these days. Amazing performance in a car you could drive to the shops if you wanted. In the era this came out, all the other supercars would have needed an engine rebuild after a trip to Tescos!
Excellent, Thank You for sharing. Not a huge JDM fan but a car fan just the same. Rest assured, if you Wash or Detail a car by torch or candle light, we all will still watch your videos...
Such a great vid, love fusso coat wax. Nice to see a full wash and wax vid and using just japanese products. You will have to do an American car in Adams and a British car in Bilt hamber, German in sonax. Could be your new niche.
Great video again and as a Honda fanatic it was a very pleasant surprise. Hsving used Soft99 products for a number of years on my integra dc2r and now my ep3 the one thing you didn’t do with the sealant/wax was to let it cure and instead opted for wipe on wipe off or rather wax on wax off😂. If left to cure for 5-10 mins it leaves less residue, is easier to remove and bonds to the paint better so it’ll last longer. Other than that small discrepancy a bloody good video as always 👍👍
Drooling! The NSX is timeless and a NSX-R is just down right as perfect of a car as you can get. Yes, I own a Civic Si, but I also own a 69 Chevy truck, and an 87 Monter Carlo SS so I’m not just a Honda fanboy. Great video as always!
Awesome car and video, as a mobile detailer/valetor myself i would say have a look at the gtech drying towls absolutely awesome! We used to have same as you but soon threw them out after finding out about these!
Currently trailing the sealant on my Astra against my favourite Optimum's wax. Divided the car down the middle and the beading from the soft99 is clearly tighter, however after 400 miles of country side road driving and mixture of mud, dirt and salt residue as well as general road grime the soft99 is noticeably dirtier. Pressure washed the car with water and the optimum side washed of most of the dirt before using bilt hambers snow foam. After rinsing both sides were about 80% clean, finished wash with bilt hambers auto wash. Will be interesting to see how both products perform over next few washes during this period of autumn and winter.
Small request - how do you wash all of your towels? I mean, we watched a video of you putting things into the boot of your C30, I'm sure we'll just as happily watch you using a washing machine.
Liam Pepper Hey there! Typically you want to wash Microfiber with “like” towels for a specific job. Exterior paint towels, interior towels, wheel and dirty towels, etc. Wash with a Microfiber dedicated detergent or a free and clear liquid detergent on cold or like warm water and dry on low or air tumble dry. Do not use fabric softeners. Hope that helps!
I’ve got a tin of the dark Fusso Coat and am really pleased with how well it lasts. Obvious disclaimer is if I put it on in a rush it’s not as good but take time and it’s the best product I’ve used for years!
I just received a tin of the same Fusso Coat for light cars, ready to try tomorrow and proper prep of course...Thanks again I really love all Honda/Acura cars

Often I see comments about how Fusso Wax is hard to remove. When applied to a black Ford Mustang, a few weeks ago, it was applied in thin layers and easily removed.
Wow Honda boy here and well all I can say is I love a clean car and this one out of all . Best part it was baby boy and coffee this morning. Thanks from Quebec .
How do you wash/clean your (microfibre) cloths? I'm assuming you're not buying new ones every time, but washing them to re-use? Thanks for your tips on that!
🤣I've used Soft99 in a foam lance before. It faired pretty well, actually. Not really snowy but it gave me a spot free wash. Fusso coat is absolutely wonderful! Works great out here in the Texas Sun. I have yet to find a better paint sealant.
Here’s to the Power of Dreams, Yo!

Is fusso a good product in japan? Or do you guys prefer other brands?
I don't have a car for a while, so I don't know these days. But Soft 99 and other brands are popular since before.
👍

I once had an Acura; two in fact- a 99' Integra and an 06' TSX (LOVED those cars)

This soft 99 products are becoming more popular these days
Funnily enough it picked up popularity when the current craze is ceramic coating.
