You can draw a major trend line, and SnR from 4h.
Then drop down to your entry time (15m) for chart patterns as price moves closely to the 4h Zones {trend line, SnR).
In addition, you can finally draw minor trend lines on the 15m so as to follow the trend structure and determine where to enter if price refused to get to 4h zones. Trading since 2015
