    On tip number 9 a frightened ghost turned up at a "forbidden corner." Is it just frightened ghosts that don't apply to that rule??

      Yes, frightened ghosts can ignore that command. Fleeing, chase/scatter, and elroy modes do follow that rule, but frightened ghosts are exempt..

    so could u actually go into detail the techniques for luring the ghosts towards the pacman before reaching power bullet thingies??? U mention it but dont go into detail which is a little unhelpful ...

    How sure are you about Pac Man moving slower while eating dots? The 11 dots/s vs 10 dots/s seems wrong. I've played this game "a lot" on and actual arcade machine and have never noticed it. Perhaps it's a difference only in emulation?

      Slowing down footage makes it very visible. Pac-Man fraazes for 1/60th of a second for ever dot eaten and 3 frames for every power pellet. You can easily tell the ghosts gain on you while eating dots, while you're faster with no dots in the way.
