I am devastated yet elated by his passing because I know he is in the presence of thing king! We the fans are praying for his lovely wife and family as well as higher calling.
Kevin Lemons and Higher Calling will always be one of my favorites. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. My brother is enjoying the presence of the Lord. Praying for strength for his wife Tiunna Lemons and for Higher Calling.
This is so bittersweet to watch 😔 I found Kevin Lemons and Higher Calling at the beginning of the pandemic and been stuck to them like glue ever since. I'd watch their rehearsals and it felt like I'd known them since I was little lol. They were the closest thing that felt like church family because I didn't have one at the time. I truly admired the man that Minister Kevin Lemons was, he reminds me of the choir director I grew up under: no-nonsense, a father figure to just about everyone, and the heart of a mentor in many of life's avenues. And he was FUN-NY! 😂 I love this great man of God and he will TRULY be missed. Praying for Lady Lemons, the family, and all of Higher Calling 🙏🏾 Thank you @DSnoogy for this tribute!

Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling have been my fav ever since I heard them for the first time in 2017 at Springfield Baptist Church for a benefit concert. I’m still in shock and disbelief. Kevin was so personable and his masterful sound was like no other. I was always blown away by Higher Calling’s sound. Anyone would tell you. He will be missed tremendously.
I can’t sleep I been in denial but I know time is winding up Kevin lemon and higher calling is always blasted in my home their voices are angelic Kevin was a dynamic director.am a forever lemon he got me thru tough times in ministry but am heartbroken but at the same time I know god has the last say.🙏🏽🙌🏾🤲🏽📖🎤😢 I love this song for your good I shout everytime I hear this💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Can't believe he's gone I will miss his musical genius mind I hope his family and friends are doing alright may God give them peace and power through this loss 😞😭😭

I was just talking to another music friend on social. we been friends for a few months, but now just got to talking cause she was busy, but a sista know her music! we were going through the formalities of doing the whole catching up thing, and I told her I thought of her when I heard the report he passed, I asked if she knew who he was and she’s like, what? I know him! was just blasting him before I knew he passed! we were both like, we shocked.
