My husband and his buddy just died 3 weeks ago this song really hits hard with me they were drinking and driving around and they hit a tree well went through three trees the fourth one stopped them and neither one of them survived

I said that to my son, "i would die if you die, so please be careful" But he died in a car accident when he was 20 years old....driving too fast. I died with him.

Out of curiosity, I listened to this song and my response 'AMAZING!' As a singer/songwriter/topliner myself, I'm hard pressed to give such a glowing review. I knew immediately it came from a real place because of how It compels listeners emotionally. The lyrics are pure, well written, paint a great picture, and tell an incredible story! My son took my car one night after I was sleeping. Wrapping it around a pole. I was just happy he was ok. Grandma was a different story. Dealing with her after her baby was hurt was a another matter.

We did lose a very dear friend of ours this past year. Much of the inspiration for this came from that
