    The screen mirroring is not a bug or update issue.
    It will not be available for Europe or Australia as mirroring is illegal in these areas. Mirroring can be used To watch videos and such. Hense the illegality of the process.
    I love the bike. Think it'll be my smaller adventure bike

    so early on with this new bike, you are a gold mine with this info. Keep it coming for the users. 😁 I do prefer the auto cancel for indicators.

    Thanks for that. I am on the cusp of ordering one. It looks perfect for me as an older returning rider. I have to book a test ride now. Any tips on handling the dealership? 😃 I'm south-side Brizzy.

      That's a good idea to just have a test ride to see if it suits. I dealt through a Toowoomba dealer and they were pretty good and easy

    Have you ridden the Royal Enfield Himilayan by any chance?

      No not yet, one day I will as it would be good to compare the pigeon pair of bikes.

    Mate isn’t it a negative that abs/tc turns back over certain speeds? If you’re flying along on the dirt and it turns on you’ll have no brakes?!

    • @outie555

      I got it wrong. It doesn't turn itself off or on.

    Sorry for all my questions !!
    When you turn off the motorcycle with the switch-off and off-road mode activated and you turn the motorcycle back on, does the off-road mode remain activated?
    (Not sure to be clear … sorry my English is not good enough).

      If you switch off the engine using the key it will turn off-road mode back on when you turn the key on again. If you stop the engine only using the kill switch the display will still be on and if you start it up again the off-road mode will still be on.

      @@outie555 that’s cool !!! With the T7 or the GS, I must stall the engine if I want to keep settings ! (By settings, I mean ABS mode) so that’s a good news. A new one ! Many thanks to you for all those informations. I hope I’m not annoying you too much.

    kinda annoying having the abs come back on after reaching a certain speed, been well over 60 on dirt/gravel heaps of times. think I'd just pull the abs fuse when I got off road

    • @outie555
      @outie555  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I got it wrong, it doesn't automatically turn off. I pressed the button going fast to turn off-road off and it didn't turn off until I pressed the clutch lever, which made me think it was speed related but I just didn't realise at the time how it functioned. I'll try to make a future video on it.

    • @outie555
      @outie555  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      As it is, no. It could in a future update if cfmoto release it world wide. China has maps and screen mirroring on theirs, I think cfmoto is ironing out the bugs before releasing (if they do).

      I got it wrong, it doesn't turn back on. I pressed the button but forgot I did. But the system was waiting until the rpm dropped to disengage so it was still on until I pulled the clutch to change gear, then it turned off. So I can confirm going 100km plus on the dirt off-road mode still stayed on.

    Their will be no bugs. If you look at your bike you'll see no brembo or bybre brakes-only chinese-no metzler tyres as on the Triumph Scrambler-only chinese, probably chinese battery as well. To have connectivity to the screen with your phone they will need a google app to link in navigation to the device. They will have to come to an arrangement with google for this-that will cost them money & Google is American. That's why there's no connectivity. Royal Enfield their new Himalayan you can mirror your phone on the TFT display using a google app & also their tripper navigation you do the same thing-but they have come to an arrangement with Google for an App to link to their device & enable Navigation. That's why it only works in China. The Chinese are all about themselves. I'm actually surprised they used KYB shocks & didn't try & knock them off with a copy-give it time.

      Makes sense to use Chinese products that are manufactured in China to assemble on a Chinese brand of motorcycle that is made in china.
