Cats also help with depression, at least in my landlady's case. Her psychologist friend gave her a kitten as well as a recommendation to go to a therapist. My landlady said that the kitten helps her a lot while she's at home and even made an Instagram page dedicated for her cat. The cat's name is Genki ❤️

I adopted my cat at the start of the pandemic and I dont see myself being okay if it weren’t for her, seeing my friends is a big help in me not paying attention to things in my head and since i cant do that atm she helped me so much
