- In this episode of Road to Gold, I reflect on my experience at the 2024 Florida Relays at the University of Florida. Running the 4x100m relay with JT Smith, Courtney Lindsey, and Kyree King was a tough but rewarding challenge. I’ll share my frustrations, what I wish I had done better, and the highlights from the race.

You have the highest quality content out of all the track athletes. The only other athlete I can think of that's done content this well is Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone. Keep the 🔥 coming!
Hell no. Aaron does
@@TheErinBrownTV love AB, but the quality of his production is much lower than Kenny’s. You’re off the dope if you think differently
I've been wanting to see him on a relay since the beginning. The potential of this year's relay pool is insane.
I subscribed without knowing your background. Today, I learned everything.
Great content!! Coleman and Knighton are gonna be hard to leave off the start and third in the 4x1.... BUT.... that 2nd leg is up for grabs, and Kung Fu Ken might be the top candidate for that long leg!
I definitely would rather see him on 2nd than Kerley at this point. Kerley’s still amazing but I think a handoff from Benarak to Knighton would be smooth.
Great video, man. This Olympic season has got me the most excited I've ever been for track & field. Let's gooo!
Let's GOOOOO KENNY B!!!
Kenny, my favourite 😍 ❤️
Good Luck! USA!!!
i got no words to express how wonderful this series is going on
this such a solid video
Good video can you make a video about what eats an olympic sprinter a day?
Great video, good luck with all your future races!
This was so well done!
Good content Kenny!
Yeah bro .. that's Olympique medal is coming
Dog your running mechanics are insane 😂

I was surprised that with all the available video technology now (which may even include older, out-of service cell phones/tablets with slo-mo capability), the preparation didn't (or did it?) include taking relay change video clips that can be analyzed in slow motion. The bang step must overwrite "hoping and guessing" and tune up the "leave moment" inside the human reflex zone (0.2 second). In short, with the bang step video-recorded, we can see if the athlete leaves on time.
Definitely should be on the relay!
Good video they just come out weeks late
Kenny Bednarek is known for not listening and not being easy to coach. I do not see him on a relay team if they are expecting to compete in Paris.
