$5.3 million won't get you a house on the beach in Laguna Beach. This is an awesome property for that price. I sold RE on the coast for years. The view and the design? Well worth it.

The people buying in this price range don’t actually care about what someone says it costs. They send the best to evaluate it’s value. It’s kinda like buying gold, who cares what they say it’s worth the market already knows.
